Cameras and Electronic Recording Equipment
The camera policy will vary from show to show, however, flash photography is not permitted. The use of video or sound recording devices are prohibited.
Children are welcome at most performances. Formal concerts and mainstage theatrical events deserve the quiet attention of our audience. Children who cannot sit quietly are not to remain in the theater. Children’s shows are usually recommended for ages four and up. At all programs, all guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Snacks and beverages are available at most performances. No food or drink (except bottled water) is permitted in the theater.
Current members of the UDPAC are entitled to the member discount on most performances. The member discount varies from show to show.
A child discount for children 12 and under is offered for select shows.
A senior citizen discount for persons 62 and over is offered for the Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra only.
Only one discount per ticket is permitted except member children who are also eligible for child discount.
Gift certificates in all amounts are available through the Box Office.
For groups of 15 or more please call the Box Office for tickets. Discount will vary by show.
Patrons arriving late may be asked to wait in the lobby until they can be seated at an appropriate time in the performance. A television monitor of the performance is generally available in the main lobby.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items will be stored in the Box Office for 30 days.
Call the Box office at 610-622-1189. Your purchase will be verified and duplicates will be issued.
Upper Darby Performing Arts Center reserves the right to eject patrons who are disruptive or disorderly.
Smoking is only permitted outside the main entrance of the Performing Arts Center.
UDPAC strives to meet the special needs of patrons, including wheelchair and walker seating. Please contact the Box Office as 610-622-1189 with requests for special needs seating.
Current members of the UDPAC ONLY may return or exchange tickets through the Box Office only up to 24 business hours before a show. Handling fees apply.
Ticket processing fees – A handling fee of $2.00 per order is charged when purchased through the UDPAC Box Office in person, by phone or by mail. A handling fee of .95 cents per ticket plus a $2.00 transaction fee is charged when purchasing tickets on the UDPAC on line ticket purchase system.
Usually the theater lobby and box office will open one hour before show time. Doors to the theater usually open one half hour before show time. Late rehearsals, sound/light checks or other problems may delay opening.
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Patrons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. Includes orders associated with same name, email address, credit card number or other information.
Tickets may be picked up beginning one hour prior to show time. Will Call is located at a table just inside the main entrance for most performances or at the Box Office windows.
